·     The purchaser will pay all actual shipping, handling and insurance fees.  These costs will vary depending upon, the size and weight of the painting and the purchaser’s location and distance from Arlington, Virginia (22207).

·     I do extend a liberal Return Policy, provided that the painting is returned at the purchaser’s expense,  in a timely manner and undamaged condition.
