WHEREAS,
the Artist has created that certain work of art ("the Work");
WHEREAS,
the Artist wishes to sell and the Purchaser wishes to buy the Work.
NOW,
THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and adequacy
of which is hereby acknowledged, the Artist and the Purchaser hereby agree
as follows:

2.
Sale: The Artist hereby agrees to sell the Work to the Purchaser, and the
Purchaser agrees to buy the Work from the Artist. Title shall pass
to the Purchaser at such time as full payment is received by the Artist
(and any personal checks have cleared the Artist's account) pursuant to
Paragraph 4 hereof.
3.
Price: The Purchaser agrees to buy the Work for the agreed upon price of
U.S.$____________
and
to also pay shipping, handling and insurance as agreed between the Artist
and the Purchaser.
4.
Payment: Upon the signing of this agreement, payment shall be made in full
by the Purchaser to the Artist by means of a cashier's check, or money order, as
agreed by the Artist and the Purchaser.
5.
Copyright and Reproduction: The Artist reserves all reproduction
rights, including the right to claim statutory copyright, in the Work.
6.
Choice of Law: This agreement is governed by the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth
of Virginia
(other
than the conflict of law provisions thereof).
RETURN
POLICY:
The
Purchaser will be responsible for payment of shipping and insurance any
return of the Work.
Purchase
price will be returned to the Purchaser after satisfactory inspection of
the Work by the Artist.
